First floor renovation

This first floor reno was all about making the space feel lighter/brighter and bringing in beautiful statement details! My client was so trusting and willing to bring in the wow!

We did a nice big simple, square window over the sink, taller slider doors and a huge picture window over the table! Bringing in tons of light and the outdoors in was a big driver in the design. The tree wallpaper actually accentuated that vibe! We wanted bright but didn't want to do another white kitchen so we chose a nice creamy off white/beige. Eliminating some upper cabinets also gave it a lighter, more open feel.

Brass cremone bolts on glass cabinet doors, leather pulls in the mudroom, cool starburst sconces, brass mesh inserts on bar cabinet doors, rift oak interiors on some of the cabinets, and a gold grasscloth in the dining room were a few of the statement details!
